Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days across Pakistan.

While we strive to deliver every order within this timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier operations or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 250
• Free Shipping: On all orders above PKR 5,000

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

Please ensure your contact number, shipping address and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order. Our courier partner may contact you before delivery.

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused, remains unclaimed or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, The Minimal reserves the right to decline future Cash on Delivery orders or require prepaid payment for future purchases.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address.

If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts or incorrect delivery information, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be dispatched again.
